Right of Withdrawal
You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you may use the electronic Withdrawal Button available on our website.
The electronic withdrawal function allows you to submit your withdrawal declaration directly online. Once submitted, your withdrawal is transmitted electronically and recorded together with the date and time of submission in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
After submitting your withdrawal electronically, you will receive a confirmation of receipt without undue delay.
The electronic withdrawal function is provided in accordance with Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB)implementing the requirements of Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
Alternatively, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by any other clear declaration permitted under applicable law.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the withdrawal declaration is submitted before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- we have received the returned goods; or
- you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Inspection of Goods
You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical retail store.
If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, you may be liable for any resulting loss in value where permitted by applicable law.
Sealed Cosmetic, Skincare & Beauty Products
To protect the health and safety of all customers and to ensure product authenticity, selected products supplied by Tsubaki Beauty may be protected by:
- the manufacturer's original hygiene seal;
- the manufacturer's shrink wrap;
- an inner protective seal; or
- a Tsubaki Beauty tamper-evident security seal applied before shipment.
In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic, skincare, beauty, personal care or fragrance products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their original seal has been removed after delivery.
Where an applicable hygiene or tamper-evident seal has been removed, broken, altered or damaged after delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that product where permitted by law.
Opening the shipping carton or external parcel packaging alone does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal also does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature;
- digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Returns
Following a valid withdrawal, returned goods should be sent back without undue delay.
Whenever possible, please return the goods in their original packaging together with all accessories and any promotional items received with the order.
The use of the original packaging is recommended but is not a legal requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Returned goods should be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transport.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Tsubaki Beauty.
Please ensure that returned goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Please do not send returns before exercising your statutory right of withdrawal through our website or by another legally permitted method.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Where permitted by law, compensation for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from the refund.
